    This is really cool. A man was given two new legs in what appears to be a pretty complicated and large operation in Spain. Apparently, the amputation was so high that he couldn't use artificial legs. My only real questions are what are the chances of success and what are the long-term problems. As the article notes, this guy is going to be on anti-rejection medication for the rest of his life, which wreaks havoc with the body.
