Dragon guardian crashes game

    My party is currently fighting the Dragon Guardian atop the yuan-ti temple. My problem is this: every time my Wizard hits it with a Disintegrate spell and the Dragon fails its save, the game crashes. Is this a known bug? Has it happened to anyone else? (Be good to know I'm not alone...) I have the European (UK) version, presumably with the patch already installed (game version says 2.01). Please help!

    Your game is patched, but it is not known issue.

    Please delete all files inside IWD2 subfolders:
    - cache
    - temp
    - tempsave
    Then restart IWD2 and check if the fight runs correctly now.

    If it crashes again, please empty again those three subfolders, but this time lower the color depth and screen resolution inside IWD2 configuration utility for duration of this battle.

    I did what you suggested, Extremist (deleted the contents of those folders) and now it worked like a charm.

    Another Lizard-on-steroids bites the dust!! Hoody Ho!
