    How do I open the doors in the caves in Dragon's Eye? This is also my first post and I would like to say hello to everyone.

    There are two only two locked doors in Dragon's Eye as far as I remember that have caused me problems: one, the locked metal door that leads to the 4th level?

    You have to dump poison in all of the fountains to open the door to the 4th floor. The last fountain is in a hidden treasure room that you can basically only get into after you've cleared the level.


    If you are talking about the trap elsewhere on that level, where the walls come up and lock you in a chamber which is filled with oozes, there is a "trap" inside the room (near the northwestern-most door, if I remember correctly) that, if disarmed, will put the doors down. Otherwise, I believe you can simply rest (for quite a while, I think--something like 24 hours) and the doors will go down on their own.

    Hope I didn't let too many spoilers out.

    I was able to go around the doors but I'm stuck again. Its the archway that turns you away because your not yanti or something. do i need to create that potion or something? if so which table am I supposed to use? I tried but I am not doing it right. what do i need to do?
    Edit: ok I SK the brew, killed the high priest but can't find the next level. the one door I fo0und can't get into to. do I need to poison the pools? and if so how?

    The only way to access the last pool you need to poison is via the high priest's chamber, past the drawbridge.

    The quest to get the drawbridge lowered can be confusing at times, but whenever in doubt, you should return to Nheero in this part. He uses one of those histachii potions himself, but SHOULD give you a copy as well. As for the initial potion itself, you can make it yourself (Alchemy 15+ req), Intimidate the alchemist to do it for you or play a bait and switch on him as per the quest instructions.

    but how exactly do I poison the pools? I put a wyrns tail in it but it doesn't say its poisioned.

    You need to use the Alchemy labratory to create Wyvern Poisons. Put the stingers in the large table a bit on the east side of the lab, wait for the machine to do its work, then collect the poisons.

    You can then poison the wells by placing the Poisons in them.
