[IMG] I have a problem with finding the modified Mandrake root. I have spoken to Mandal, he told me where the root actually is but I killed the wyvern before meeting Mandal and Nheero and I don't think there was any root. I just want to aski if there is a way to check where the root is on the map or maybe download it as an item because I'm just loosing my mind here trying to solve this. There is however a third way :p Maybe I'm a dummy stuck trying to solve the obvious ;) Please help me anyone.

You're not stupid, the game is. Unfortunately there is a bug in the game that prevents the mandrake root appearing if you have encountered the wyvern first. The only way it appears is if you leave the wyvern hole until after you have been told it's location. Do you have a save from before you killed the wyvern?
If you know how to use the cheat console, the Item code for the mod.mandrake root is 61GENMM.

[IMG] Thank you for your help. In any case you can also tell me how to use cheat console or where can I find the official patch in case I didn't succeed.

You can find both on SP. Console info in Tips, Tricks and Hints, and patch in the Misc IWD2 subsection.
