    I can't open the door to set Nheero free.
    I've cleaned everything i reach till the 3rd floor, but it remains locked.
    What should i do?

    go up to the torture chamber one of the the machine put mouse over it and your see your cursor turn like a little wheel just turn it :)
    be perpared for a fight with the one prisoner . .
