According to the press release at IGN, Devil's Due Publishing is going to continue the Forgotten Realms comic series based on Salvatore's books. Currently, the one in the making is Exile #1 out of 3. Here's an excerpt from the release:

October 18, 2005 - DEVIL'S DUE CONTINUES THE DUNGEONS & DRAGONS *FORGOTTEN REALMS* TRILOGY
Book II Exile Hot on the Heels of Book I Homeland
Chicago, IL - October 18, 2005 - Devil's Due Publishing is putting forth yet another chapter in
    R. A. Salvatore's Forgotten Realms Legend of Drizzt Trilogy with FORGOTTEN REALMS: EXILE #1 (of 3) (CVR A - AUG052863E/ CVR B - AUG052864E) this November. Following in the wake of the now available Forgotten Realms Book I: Homeland Trade Paper Back (AUG052862E/ ISBN 1-932796-40-1), Book II: Exile cuts deeper into the Forgotten Realms, retelling one of the most successful fantasy legends in a new, graphic format. Ah, old times. I remember my comic passion back when I was a young boy. That passion didn't find continuation because of lack of time and material. And other things to spend money on. Well, there were no D&D comics back then where I lived, but the Duck Tales ones were impressive. :p Oh well, there were indeed some fantasy ones and I liked them a lot, but can't recall too much. :p
