    What is your favorite weapon or tactic?

    Scythe.

    Put a keen or an improved critical on that baby and those x4 crits and the 1.5x strength bonus on top of weapon specialization, etc... it means consistent damage for regular hits, and truly ridiculous criticals.

    I played a pure fighter who was a scythe specialist. Reynaldo. For the first several sessions, he'd get into battles and do his tanking thing, but whenever a monster would try a biting attack, it would ALWAYS miss. We're talking dozens of missed bites. After a while, I started taunting the monsters. "YOU CANNOT BITE REYNALDO!"

    Eventually, something bit Reynaldo. A dire wolf, I think. On my next attack, I critically hit the thing for over sixty damage. It died a LOT. It was hilarious.

    After that, the saying was, "You really shouldn't bite Reynaldo."
