    Yeah, yet another Dungeons & Dragons Online preview. This one starts with a lengthy first-person narrative about launching the game, choosing the options and hitting the buttons... I mean, creating a character. Here's a snip:

    I guess I should begin with a few things concerning character creation and race/class issues. First off, after I made an account, I got my login name and password and installed the game. I logged in to find what most games have, the patch from hell. I finally got in and discovered they had all of 4 servers up for testing. The first few times trying to enter the game I got booted connecting to the server, and after a while I got in and began the process of making a character. As soon as you hit create the first page is the race/class page. 5 races and 9 classes are available for your choosing.
