Dwarven Smithy

Where is the D***** Dwarven Smithy that is supposed to create special weapons with the items I find throughout the game? I found the Equalizer Jewel and Pommel and also a special bow.

 

IIRC - in the bridge district, near the lower right side.

 

I think it's more in the middle far right. Up some stairs that are just to the left of some boats in the water.

 

doesn't it have a map flag.. cromwell's home or cromwell's smithy or something...

 

Yep it has a map flag but it is in the Docks area not the bridge. Roughly speaking it's at the top of some stairs in a building in the middle far-right of the Docks.

PS. MILD SPOILER**** It's not a bad idea to save the game before asking him to make stuff. Some of it is a little dissapointing depending on your NPCs skills (for the asking price anyway)

 

Docks, bridge - same thing. They're all wet!

(Okay, sorry that I led you wrong. You've probably been wandering around the bridge district fighting thugs and mumbling something about paladins not knowing a bridge from their corn-hole!)

the dwarf... Cromwell.. is in the building next to Maevar Thieves guild... you have to go up a stairs to get there..

The Equalizer:

Pommel Jewel - Found in the mistress' bedroom of Irenicus' Prison level one
Equalizer Hilt - Found in the Mind Flayer area of the Underdark, just outside your prison cell
Equalizer Blade - Loot from the Elder Orb in the first room of the Beholder area in the Underdark

Thanks for that equalizer tidbit. I've been carrying around that blasted pommel jewel forever. I was beginning to wonder if it was worth it.
