    List of recommended install order is at www.gibberlings3.net in the General forum; State of the Tutu Modding Union. That will give you a list of what folks have reported as working, and specific recommendations on install order.

    Klorox, iirc, you like heavy tactics with solo play, so my recommendations may not be your cup of tea; but as a general rule I like the following general recommendations:

    Skip TutuFix if you are using EasyTutu. BG2 Tweaks handles everything you need/want/desire, I think.

    SwordCoastStrategems (primarily AI enhancements. The "Choose NPC proficiencies" script addition allows you to start NPCs with 0 level+ experience, so guide their development. Until Nythrun's L1NPCs comes out [soon] this is the best way to gain control over what the NPCs are set up to do, within the bounds of roleplaying. With the two mods installed, you might never have to fire up SK again, for any reason. With low level characters, when you see a gibberling or a mage, be afraid... be very afraid...) I see this as the only true "mandatory" install on EasyTutu. It should appeal to roleplayers and power solo player alike.

    The BG1 NPC Project (everything from fixes to tweaks; Romances and banters - full characterizations of BioWare NPCs. New stuff that I now find imperative includes the Open Cloakwood Early Tweak, PlayerInintiatedDialogues, and moving some of the NPCs. Plus, the romances are much more in-depth than BioWare Standard.) If you want talking NPCs, new quests, new items, etc., etc., here it is. It is written for roleplayers by roleplayers, so if you play through BG2 wanting the party to just shut up and get back to business, then this is not the mod for you. But if you want interactions and NPCs that play along with you, this is the capstone. CAVEAT - I am based - I loved it so much I apprenticed to become a modder to assist on the project.

    1PixelProductions (graphics improvements). Puts the "BG" back in "BG"

    I will stay off of the rest of the NPCs available, as personal taset really influences that decision of a player, but PPG has a "Post your WeiDU.log" thread if you want a quick read of what some players like.

    I really like igi's iiItem mod, which adds random "color" items arrows and potions; the cash gained can be considerable, but then again cash is rarely a problem by mid-BG :)

    I know I have said this one before, too - The Grey Clan-In Candelight is a mod that appeals to roleplayers and folks who want heavy combat. Some folks think the combat is overdone, but if that is the case, install the "light" versionwith combat scripts scaled back. For you, I'd go full throttle, and take it at a lower-than recommended level for a real challenge... I will *not* be joining you on that particular run, though - I detest being chunked!!!

    I like Divine Remix and the sphere system. I often now run it along with Ashes of Embers to provide nice openness of characterizations in both spell choice and weapon choice for Clerics, Rangers, and Paladins.

    BG2 Tweaks has all the fun stuff you can do to your game to tweak what you wanty, and is desigend to work on EasyTutu/Tutu as well as BG2.

    There are so many to recommend, but I had better stop - these are the mods that I think have the widest appeal to the most players, and ones that never leave my install ticket.

    New things that might be fun to try out:

    the bigg has a WideScreen mod in development, so those with screen real estate they would like to try out can check with him on that at G3 and PPG;

    Several NPCs have received version upgrades;

    My latest "way cool mod" title goes to aVENGER's Rogue Rebalancing mod. This does some great stuff for thieves, swashbucklers, etc. And aVENGER is a cool modder. When he sees stuff not playing well with others (very seldom, as he knows code for real), he actively seeks out and works with other folks to adjust to make stuff work for the player. Changes on this mod work for both BG2 and Easytutu/Tutu v4, and he just had a new release that adds even more of his work to BG content. Definitely top notch.
