[IMG] I'm wondering what the consequences are by having Edwin in a basically "good" party. If he is the strongest mage available, does he really hurt the team's reputation by a whole lot?.... and does he pick fights with the others?

Is it even possible to have Dynhaier join if Edwin is in the party? Afterall Edwin wants her dead from the beginning.

I had both Edwin and Dynaheir in the party at the same time. Later in the game, Dynaheir got killed by some gnolls and Edwin acted as if I'd done it deliberately and swore to serve me for a year. All very confusing.

You could always install the BG Ease patch so you never get angry npcs from reputaion being too high/low.

If any two of your NPCs ever try to kill each other, just try reloading the last auto-save, these things are somewhat random in timing. I've had Edwin and Dynaheir together in my "mage party" (Dynaheir, Edwin, Xan, Xzar, and Quayle) from almost the beginning, and we're just outside Sarevok's door in Chapter Seven. Edwin and Dynahier only went at it once, when we were in visiting the temple in Nashkell. I just reloaded from my last auto-save upon entering town, and this time, nothing happened. However, in my "evil party" (Kagain, Sharteel, Viconia, Eldoth, and Edwin), Sharteel and Eldoth tried to kill each other at least a half-dozen time by the end of the game. LOL

Well, I got Minsc and then went to Gnoll's Fortress... I went back to Nashkel just to resuply and because I was confused with Gnoll's Pits... I tried to make a conversation with Edwin, but he got mad and tried to kill me... Well, how to say it more delicate - that son of a bi*ch got it! Mwahahahahah!

He just tried to kill me without any reason... He got it, I must say... I don't like him - Dynaheir and Imoen fit me...
