Encumbered at the start?

    I patched the game in this order:
    Official patch #2
    Co8 patch
    temple.dll from Moebuis

    I created 5 new characters and started a new game. Right when I hit 'Start' my Dwarf fighter says "I am encumbered".
    I look at his inventory and he has a weird silver 'T' in one of his item slots not to mention he has a surplus of weapons already in his inventory. When I try to drop the weird 'T' item, I get a crash to desktop. Has anyone experienced this?

    This seems to be a bug, but I've never seen it before. The simple fix, pass out all those extra weapons, delete the dwarf the remake him and add back into the party. Problem solved with a little spending money to boot.

    I very much recommend you abandon your Co8 v2 mod (must be a while since you visited www.Co8.org and download and install the Co8 v 4.0.0 mod (and 4.0.1 patch) for a huge number of player created bug fixes, new content (mostly optional) and a whole lot of fun :)

    lol...I just did exactly what you said. Thanks for the update. I was unaware of 4.0.0 (.1). So from what I've read it seems I just install the Official patch #2 then Co8 4.0.0 right?

    All is well. I just did a re-install of the game, Official patch #1, Official patch #2, then the Co8 4.0.0.
    First time I played through it was with the Co8 3.0.4. Can't wait to see the changes.
