    I would like to add Valygar to my party, but without agreeing to the quest from the wizard in the Government district. My character wouldn't agree to such a thing. However, I am not sure how else to access. I am Kensai/Druid and completed Circus, Slaver, Bridge Murders, return guy to Harpers, Trademeet, Druid Grove, and Nalia's Keep. I'd like to go pick up Valygar to complete my party. Ideas?

    Speak to Delon (the kid in the Government District) to get the Deaths in the Umar Hills quest. Then just travel to the Umar Hills and pick up Valygar.

    Also once you get there you don't necessarily have to get into a fight with his ranger friends depending on what you tell the one you meet on the way to his "cabin".
