[IMG] I've played through BG2 multiple times but I have never tried with an evil party! So my question is, who would be the best to include in my party of evil do-ers?

Oh and my PC is going to be a Half-Orc Barbarian (Never tried the class or race before). I also might be human and dual class (Cant remember the name of the mod that lets you do that) him to either cleric or fighter (if Grand Mastery is going to be any good with Barbarian Rage).

And also my final question, should I go through BGTutu (easyTutu) and if I do can I take NPC's that are only in BG with me through the whole trilogy? Or should I just go through BG2?

    Thanks to all in advance!

Well, there's not that many evil characters. Korgan, Jan, Edwin and Viconia is an okay party if your PC is a fighter. Maybe CN Anomen too? Up to you.

Would it even be possible to dual a barbarian to a fighter? Wouldn't the game then consider you a fighter/fighter? Even if it were possible, I wouldn't bother doing it just for grandmastery. Grandmastery is crap. If you're going to dual, dual to thief or cleric, IMO.

I usually go through BG1 first, it's fun and the tomes are useful (doubly so if you're a human, since you'll then have 19 STR by the end of the game). You can't legitimately take your BG1 characters through BG2. Apparently the Darkest Day lets you use BG1 characters in BG2 or something, I don't know anything about that mod though. You could theoretically import your BG1 characters into a multiplayer BG2 game as additional PCs, but why would you? They'd have no dialog.

I was thinking the same thing about BG1 NPC's having no dialog, or very little with Darkest day when continuing throught to BG2.

Going through BG1 sounds like it would be a better idea. On another thought, are there mods that have evil/CN NPC's?

[IMG] Well, grandmastery is sucky, but True Grandmastery fix makes it really worthwhile, just so you know.

I don't think dualling to a fighter from barbarian is a good idea. Dual into a cleric instead, with self-buffs, natural damage resistance, and rage ability it will rock I guess.

You want EVIL? Why doN't you try Valen NPC mod? She is a cool beyond words F/T, and Bodhi rewards you with her when you agree to work for the vamp. guild. SHe is maybe over-powered, but if you install all the components, she will also be in dangerous situations pretty often which will balance things out, hopefully. What is best, she is bloodthirsty and sometimes pretty uncontrollable, which will cause massive innocent slaughter, problems with Atkathlan law and drop your rep. a lot. Which is actually good and fun for a REALLY evil and corrupted party. Besides you will have a chance to fight and kill Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Dr. Van Helsing! Isn't this cool? I seriously recommend you to have Valen, if you really really want to learn the meaning of 'Chaotic Evil'. You are warned though. :shake:

    Hope this helps. ;)

^Looks like you are another Buffy-hater. Well I guess TV show has its own charms, I watch it whenever I get the chance to watch TV, it is still broadcasted here. :thumb: :shake:

She is a tough Undead Hunter in the game, and next to impossible to beat, but can you expect any less? Anyway, I guess it is a cool addition to the game. Definitely take Valen with you to have a fight with ever famous and lovely Buffy!

Sola's alignment will be CN if the main PC is evil. SO I guess yes you can keep him in an evil party. And romance him as well, if you are in to taht sort of thing. :shake: I did, it was a nice change, and cool enough.

That mod for discount was Ease of Use? I can'T be sure though. :( Sorry.

Good luck and fun with Valen. Be sure to get her ASAP, she has many 'interesting' interactions with most of the NPCs, people who give you quests, those quests, events etc. You will be suprised.

Don't forget to make room for Saravok when you get to ToB. Oh you can use Haer'Dalis (sp?) {it's late}.

    Have fun Darkstrike. Evil rocks!
