Assuming you lot aren't a bunch of extremely well-programmed bots, I just wanted to know about you people's exercise routines and any advice you might offer.
I run 6 kilometres a day and do weights for .5 hours twice a week.

[IMG] I only run when chased...And no one chases me! :D

I lift weights 3 days a week for an hour and a half each. I take Tang Soo Do (Korean Martial Arts) 3 days a week/and hour each time, and I bike/treadmill twice a week for about an hour each.

But I'm still built like a linebacker in American Football - Go figure.

I had this really good exercise program that was designed to kill two birds with one stone. First off I was a bit out of shape, and secondly I waste alot of money. My plan was that every workout I did (2 hrs at the gym)I paid myself $20. This would basically be my spending money (going out to dinner, junk food, buying toys etc.). In this way I would think twice before spending foolishly. If I worked out 3-4 times per week then I would have about $240-300 per month. The system has worked great for about four months, but I'm starting to fall off the wagon.

I am just getting back into working out this week as a matter of fact.

My plan is every tues and thrus to do a complete work out on a circuit and do my cardio.

Mond, Wen, and Fri, I will work my abs with an ab dolly that I bought. Should be fun and I should have a flat tummy and shaply arms and legs by summer if my plan goes well. I don't exactly need to loose weight cause I don't weigh that much to begin with.

    Geesh, this fitness-hype really ain't a joke apparently ;)

I stick to a couple of jogging-sessions a week (a couple of miles.. really no idea how many of them I do in half an hour.. 5 perhaps?), and of course my two hours of tennis practise. Although unfortunately that ain't enough to keep my in the top 500. Oh well.

I just re-started my working out after almost a year of a break. I now weightlift and armwrestle twicw a week for an hour and a half, plan to increase to four times a week when I get back in shape. I also go to the swimming pool once a week, and ocasionally play ping-pong.

    Damn spelling errors!

I personally think that Gym junkies are the saddest, most self obsessed wankers who have ever walked this plant :), but i do about 20 minutes of weights every other day (except weekends)

    Whoa..herf.
    You like pain, do you?
And Fategg, since you're so strong, do some running. Then you'll really have a great body to use to smash broken bottles on others groins.

[IMG] He means that he has achieved nirvana and/or seen the light for the first time in his life. He has ascended above the petty concerns of lowly unenlightened humans and now swims in the blessed seas of avareness far greater than anything any of us have experienced in our life.

Or maybe he just wanted to say that he understands why you are a gym junkie.

I'm training for the army too, but it's really not that much, I am still preparing, jogging 2 hours twice a week, 8 hours of soccer a week, 4 hours a week bicycling and each day some sit-up and other exercices witch don't reall yhave a name. Lay on your back, hands behind your back, rut your hands on a chair or somethink an do push-ups that way. I'm 16 now, to young for the army (my personel opinion) ,so in the Netherlands you can first go to an school for the army, preparing your physical condition and you learn all about the divisions, i want to join the infantry or the air mobile brigade, what about you herf?
