Have you ever noticed how you can sometimes you can almost read what people are thinking by looking directly into their eyes?

Do you have those glossy eyes that can lie or can most people tell what whether or not you are telling the truth?

 

I don't really worry about lying. I tell the truth, and if they don't like it that's their problem.(I don't always think this way, only with the general population) The funny thing is watching people back down or cower when seeing the malicious glint in your eyes.

 

I cannot agree more. I strongly believe that a person's face and especially the eyes can tell a person who is able to SEE (not just watch) a lot: intellect, sense of humour, what I call "speed of brains", sometimes I even can tell if... a girl is a virgin or not (sorry )
Now about lying... I was never able to learn to do that - I am pretty much straightforwrd. Thus I an a terrible poker player.

 

I have hideous eyes that I use to intimidate people by glaring at them.

 

I like looking people straight in the eyes, their response indicates a lot. It also takes some training to learn not to avoid other people's stares and give them a firm and confident look back. Of course if u've got nothing to hide it should be very natural for u. Naive and innocent people often have very open and beautiful eyes, maybe that's what Modjahed meant about virgins
I don't like lying. I like to be honest and fair. Sometimes I will tell people the truth even if they don't like it. And yet, I can lie easily if I want to... It's a little trick - u make up a story and u go with it. U r the story teller, and u want to convince your audience. I can look down, think of a lie I'm going to say and then look person straight in the eyes and say it. It's an act...if u liked your drama classes, u can do it. But use this weapon only as a last resort, and only with the people u don't care much for. Trust is one the most fragile yet most rewarding thing in any relationship, be it business or personal. Don't ruin it. People can't trust good liers, precisely because they are so good

I'm also a poor liar. I can't look someone in the eye and lie through my teeth.. unless it's to my mom.

On the other side of things, I often find myself staring intently into someone's eyes and grinning mischievously sometimes without knowing it. Normally, she looks away or is like "what?" I just reply .. "Oh nothing." Does that ever happen to you?

I feel like eye contact is very important. With most people it shows the person that you are interested or at least trying to pay attention to what they have to say (heh except for those blank stares one gets when they are straining to listenen when the material is so incredibly boring).

 

What are your favorite color of eyes?

I would have to say green are extremely attractive. Although, I've always like brown eyes.

Mine are blue gray. They used to have darker blue accents to them, but now they are fading to gray the older I get just like my father's.

 

Definitely green. And Redhead. Those who read Bulgakov's "Master and Margareth (sp?)" will understand.

Btw my eyes change color from green to gray-blue.

Anyway,even if my eyes could lie to you, my face couldn't. I am very expressive. Sometimes it tends to be a curse. I have blue-to blue grey-to hazel eyes depending on what I am wearing. They tend to be blue-greay alot, but being that I am a redhead I wear a lot of earth tones, blues, and blacks.

I like green eyes. I still can't figure out what color my own eyes are though. Some say green, some blue, and some gray. I think they look like they have those colors and more.

For some reason I don't like blondes, and the blue eyes are the least attractive to me. I'm drawn to the arabian almond shaped hazel eyes. And well yes I'm also in love with the dark haired green eyed man, I wonder if I'm just looking for myself like Jerry Seinfield

I know, Vandalore. Blonde girls with blue eyes can be astonishingly beautiful, probably guys could be too... I'm just not attracted to that kind of beauty, to me it's cold and foreign. I guess it depends on what u r searching in life, somebody like yourself, or the opposite, or whatever... Your irrational likes and dislikes are subconcious, so in my case I'm definetely not looking for my opposite. But if u like her that's all that matters, I'm really surpised so many people here go for green, I've always thought blue was the more popular colour. I've read once a paper on why the blue eyed girls are more attractive, the colour makes the pupil look smaller and eyes look bigger...Definately devil at work

 

In some one else I prefer dark hair. Either brown or black. I am not particularly fond of blonds myself. And as far as a redheaded guy, I think that would be too wierd, since I am one. We would pobably look like brother and sister or something.

As far as the eyes go, I like blue, brown, or brownish-black. I don't really like hazel all that much and I have not met anyone with true green eyes.

I prefer him to be strong, but not body builder or anything. I don't like too skinny either. Just about in the middle will do, and I definetly like them to be taller than me and I am 5'6.

I've always liked blue eyes or really dark eyes. I have a definite weakness for redheads (Satiana, you missed out! ), but most of the women I've gone in recent history have had really long blond hair.

However, in recent weeks, I've grown fond of chesnut hair and blue eyes!

I have very deep blue eyes, and I've been told by a few women I've gone out with that my eyes and my smile are what they were intially attracted to when they met me. Then they realized it was the total package!!!! Sorry, shameless self promotion.

 

In your life, do you know someone who just screams "I care about you and have feelings for you." when you look into their eyes, but they aren't really one to express themselves verbally like that?

I do. She drives me nuts, but oddly enough it makes me want to be around her even more. Know where I'm comin from? Do you bluntly ask her how she feels about you or do you take the more physical approach and move in for the kiss n see what happens?

I think u might try the subtle physical approach, accidental touching, trust your body language, look after her in any way u think of, so she will definately get the message. Kiss her when the opportunity presents, then speak... Words can be just too awkward to begin with. Later on right words can do magic with girls. But the wrong words can stir up a storm, that's why so many guys prefer to be quiet with us lol

I think that the one thing you realise when you find that 'ONE' is that it doesn't really matter what you like, you are attracted to a person for more intangible reasons than the color of their hair or eyes etc.
