Faux, O'Lielly rant

    You gotta love Fox and the quality shows like O'Reilly's "The Spin Zone" and "The Sean Hannity Show".

    You can pretty much turn on the Faux News Channel anytime and it is a Wes Clark bashfest. Hannity badmouths him, they get Coulter to badmouth him, or get a 'fair and balanced' panel of 4 people who go around the table and bash him. They say bulls--- like he is "untested commodity" in foreign affairs, etc. Even though he was a 4-star general and Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and dealed with heads of state, foreign ministers, etc.

    On the news 'ticker' the other day that said something along these lines, "Wes Clark gets hair cut every 2 weeks". If something like that is newsworthy I think they should do a three-hour series on the three times that unelected fraud in office was arrested.

    You'd think since they are so brutal to Wes Clark, the Rhodes scholar who went to Oxford and graduated 1st at Westpoint and has been awarded who-knows-how-many medals for his service in the military, that they must be pretty brutal to the inexperienced pickled-brained actor running for governor. Right? No, wrong. Instead, Arnold's inexperience is worthy of priase: "He is a breath of fresh air!"

    Take, for example, O'Lielly's softball interview with Arnold. Does O'Reilly bring up Arnold's lack of experience? No. Instead he lets the actor recite his non-descript talking points.

    Speaking of O'Lielly, has everyone else here seen the BookExpo thingie where Al Franken owns him in front of an audience (points out that he is a liar)? And all O'Reilly can do is yell "SHUT UP". Pretty sad. Here is a link you didn't get to see it:

    The sad thing is that Frankin owns him for like 10 straight minutes but the propagandists on Fox and the other networks only showed about 7 seconds that made O'Reilly look the best possible.

    Anywho, it looks like the Repugs are scared of the General. I don't blame them. If he wasn't on my team I'd be pretty scared too.

    The ignorance of the Press is astounding. I'm surprised he's not getting it trimmed EVERY week, being the career military man he is. This is a non-issue. I'd agree with your assesment the Repugs are scared of him.
