    Before I went on sabatical again, I had run a game in your honor :) using your name (solely because It's the first name that popped into my head).

    I forgot what char I actually played, but I remember exactly how far I got. I beat the game and I did it gloriusly using Edwin's infi-cast. errr I think that's a bad description, but basically I shot the boss with like 20 magic missiles, 20 acid arrows, 20 fire arrow, etc. etc. over 100 spells in 1 round using improved alacrity and timespot (maybe 2 time stops).

    Yep Yep. That was fun. I hope you approve, I forgot to return and tell you how that faired oh-so-many months ago.

    No exaggeration at all, I madea post about it when it happened and I forgot it's name (was looking for it a few days ago).

    It paints a real pretty picture to anyone that can handle it on their computer. It requires a whole lot of pausing as well so that the improved alacrity isn't wasted (and a robe of Vecna so that there is no cast time for the spells). Basically I set up Edwin to have every kind of offensive or whatnot spell (including summons if there wasn't anything useful, but mostly if it wasn't a damage spell it was lower res or warding whip or breach, etc. etc.).

    <3 mass spell effects and cheesing the game :) .
