I always found these potion in one of the temples in the temple district(Lathander or Helm, forgotten).
What is it used for? Maybe for the cleric stronghold quest or what? Can you guys help me?

I have no idea what you are talking about - I do not think I have ever found that item.

However, I have done the cleric stronghold quests, and I certainly didn't require any type of potion for it.

I'm as much in the dark on this one as you are.

If its the empty bottle (it might not be empty - I just presumed it was because I couldn't use it) in the desk in the right hand section of Helm's temple, then it has me stumped too. And theres empty bottled found on the slave lords who keep the celestial fury....WHY????

this is just a guess and i got no proof for this.
maybe you can use it in the end of the limited wish adventure instead of a wand of cold.

You could use it if you do Mazzy's sidequest about Gorf.

Take Mazzy to the Copper Coronet, and she'll meet Gorf the Squisher. She challenges him to a duel in the tavern. When you go inside, there's a guy called "Festule the Alchemist" who offers you to buy his potion (you get another one) to make Gorf drunk; thus making the fight easier for Mazzy.

Quite frankly though, I didn't find the fight any easier at all. (Mazzy cut him up just the same :D ) But you do get experience for this.

    Oh I see! (@_@)
    Thanks!

Anyway, the potion was not given. I "ransack" one of the temples in the temple district(Lathander or Helm, forgotten) and found that potion. Since evil deeds cannot be done in real life, I got to have all my fun doing it in BG II!(without getting caught of course, so that reputation will not drop) :D
