    Take the three parts to the "secret" forge on the ground floor of the De'Arnise Keep. You will find the forge by opening a few secret doors on the north side of the rooms which store weapons.

    Unless I'm mistaken, you had to uncover these secret doors to get one of the heads, so you should have no trouble finding the forge.
