    The Gibberlings Three

With Full Plate & Packing Steel, erik delivers a rework of the armour system of BG2, IWD and BG1Tutu, and a small collection of tweaks, dependent or not.
In the standard armour system, characters as agile and sprightly in full plate as in light leather armour. Heavy armour helps not one bit if a goblin happens to hit you in the chest with a bent butterknife. You get hurt just as bad as the random unarmoured commoner. In erik's rework, light, enchanted armours actually help you dodge and take a bit of the sting out. Heavy, enchanted armours don't help dodging much. But they absorb perhaps half or more of the blow in exchange for slowing you down. Armour spells and potions are modified to match the systematic changes. Stealth, thieving and casting in heavy armour is possible, but difficult. With packages for Windows, OS X, and Linux, version 2 ships with WeiDU v210. Changes by popular demand include: Fatigues you more and hurts your acrobatics, missile aim and backstab speed less! Lots of compatibility updates for common mods. Some bugfixes.
