Game freezes... without freezing

    ok, the game plays fine up untill i tell Hrothgar im ready to go, and then after the load screen, i cant move any of my characters, and none of the buttons are active. but my characters will still talk saying there ready to go. anyone know whats goin on?

    Delete the contents of the cache folder and try again.

    [​IMG] You go to the directory where you installed the game and there should be folders called things like 'characters' 'mpsave' 'data' and there should be one called 'cache' you go into that folder and select all the files inside it, then you just delete them.

    k thanks. i just deleted it and ill see if it works a lil later. but are there any patches i should download for the game?

    still does it. it doesnt make any sence. i mean they still talk and the glove cursor still moves on the screen, but the icons and the character pictures are fuzzy and i cant click on anything, the characters still look around on the actual game window, and nothing seems to be wrong with it other than a lil dimness, and all the sounds, such as the wind and wolve howles can still be heard....whats wrong? all i want to do is play the game. id hate to find out that its something to do with Vista, then these disks would be useless. Are there maybe some updates i should get? and ifso where can i get them?

    But Leonheart_912, do yourself a favor and download Trials of the Luremaster.

    It's both the final patch and the second expansion.

    lol, i got the patch, but havent got trials yet. untill today i was running with a dual up connection...so it would have taken about 7 or 8 hours to download. but just assoon as i get home ima get ToL. thanks 4 all ur help guys
