GK & Proficiency Points...

    [​IMG] Say I have a cleric. The char. has 3 weapon prof. points - one each in Blunt, Spiked, & Missile Weapons. If I use GK to move the Spiked prof. to Blunt, will I recieve all the benefits one would usually get for having 2 points in Blunt?

    Yes and no. I think you'll get the additional THAC0 and damage bonuses from extra stars, but not the extra attacks. That's how it works in BG2 at least.

    Yes, you should get the thaco and attack bonus.

    I just gave Branwen 2 ** in blunt weapons and she went from thaco = 11 to thaco = 10 ; but the number of attacks did not change but remand at 1.


    She is level 8 by the way... ;)
