Golem Trouble

    In Nial's castle when you go to rescue her pops and you go in the room with all the golems and there is that iron one well i was wondering how to kill it the bastered just wont die.

    Iron Golems require +3 or better weapons to hit. And most golems are resistant to magic.

    YOu can take the stuff from that room and avoid the golems if you wish.

    You need to be hasted, and use a thief hidden in shadows or even better improved invisible. If you just take the flair part they wont always attack, or use the space bar carefully, and take everything and just run.

    9/10 chance that the iron golem will block the doorway preventing the other golems from getting out, and the iron golem himself cant get out anyway.

    On the topic of golems, espeically iron and adamantite, ive found a great method for killing them. The lvel 6 cleric spell, summon animals, summons two mountain bears, which not only can hit the adamantine golem, but act as awonderful buffer and deterrant to protect your other characters.

    Also, keep in mind with golems that some golems are immune to a particular weapon type - if a longsowrd doesnt work try a mace!

    Or the cheapest trick in the book: choke them to death with cloud kill while you hide outside the room.

    If you attack one of them, the others will not turn hostile. So simply beat down all but the iron golem one at a time, then swipe the items to activate him and leave the room.
