    hey guys,
    i've searched the archives for any mention of Grimgnaw's quest in chapter 3, but couldn't find anything. it's the quest where you need to find a weapon that was blessed by the monks of the long death. i've found a couple magic kamas but everytime I ask him about them, no new dialog pops up saying "is this the weapon?"

    i have a feeling it's in the gold dragon's egg chamber but i don't want to anger/attack her since i'm CG. but on the other hand i do want the +4 to Con and spell resistance that i've heard the amulet gives me. Two more levels of RDD and really i won't need Daelan's amulet anymore.


    nope it's not in the egg chamber. i've already killed the green dragon. i can't recall if i got anything from the white dragon...and i don't think i got a magic weapon from the red. oh and a side note does anyone know why you loose the amulet of the ages after chapter 3? it would seem to be very helpful in the future in case there are anymore white dragons or other creatures that can do alot of cold damage.

    Yup,

    You're looking for the blessed dagger which is in a chest in Coldwood (Chapter 3)...

    Maybe I've played too much Munchkin, but I think they should have added more adjectives to the items when they get improved: Amulet of the long cold dreary Oprah-Winfrey make-over death... :borg:
