    ^ Pretty tasteless really. As if the murder wasn't bad enough. I guess the photo got a lot of shares too before FB finally caught on (hours later) and took it down.

    At least Reuters doesn't seem to have shared the grisly stuff (but you've probably already seen it on your homepage).

    I'm getting a little weary of 'news' outlets feigning outrage while exploiting shock value material for ratings. This was a sad occurrence to be sure, but a single murder is not particularly newsworthy but for the circumstances - in this case, provacative photos to share and urban-legend-esque sensations (spiders hatch from woman's cheek! see the photos!) to poke and prod in people. Sorry, that's not real journalism, just tabloid silliness. But that's apparently what the media's been reduced to.
