Hack/Mod/Download legality

    I've seen posts on this topic over in the official forums, but most of them have been pretty short on answers. So, I address this in the most succinct possible fashion to avoid horking anybody off:

    (1) What hacks for NWN violate the EULA and which do not?

    (2) Is it legal for a non-BG/IWD owner to download and use the portrait packs from those sources?

    Well, several hacks violate it, but then BioWare complimented most people who came up with very good hacks like the camera angle one and the sky one, so you see it's not really an issue.

    As for portraits, technically it's illegal to even extract them from the game. But seriously, you see how silly that is. No one will care if you use the portraits from any IE games.
