NWVault has posted a Hall of Fame Interview with UOAbigail, whose scripting package entitled Crafting System has been inducted into NWVault's Hall of Fame. Here's a snip:

1) Could you give our readers some personal background on yourself.
Aside from being the parent of two wonderful children, theres really not that much of a personal nature to tell. For 20 of my 35 years, I have been an avid pen-and-paper AD&D fan and Dungeonmaster. I also enjoyed raising and releasing butterflies as a hobby, as well as gardening and computer programming and gaming.
2) Your script submission titled "UOAbigail's Crafting System v0.8a (HotU)" was recently inducted into our Hall of Fame. Could you give us some more information what's it's all about?
Well, having spent the better part of 4 years playing a crafter in Ultima Online, I was seriously addicted to the idea of crafting. I left Ultima Online roughly 3 years ago when they began to sell premade characters direct from the publisher. I came to NWN in December of 2002, and began right away with the toolset, and soon learned that I could do just about anything with it once I learned its capabilities. It was after playing a module on a PW that included ATS Crafting that I determined that I wished to create an Ultima Online style crafting system. My goal was to make it easy to use for the player, and easy to install for the builder, with little or no modification. The system is balanced so that players can make low-power items at high levels of skill, which should keep the balance in low-power campaigns. I opted for this power level for multiple reasons.. firstly to not make crafting so powerful that players feel forced to craft, and secondly to avoid forcing the module admins to make crafted items unsellable due to high gold-value.
