    it says in the info on this weapon that if you combine this weapon with the gauntlets of ogre power and the girdle of giant strength that it will do an extra +8 damage and kill any giant or ogre outright, it then goes on to say that this requires some magical assistance is there anybody in the game that can do this?

    Cromwell the Dwarf can do this in Athkatla (sp.). I can't remember what distrcit it is though, someone should.

    Yes Cromwell can actually make an abundance of magical items if you have the correct 'ingredients' for the item. He is in the 'DOCKS' district near the South-East area of the map.

    So if you find 'odd' items in the game that refer to 'how wonderful of a magical item it would be if...' take it to Cromwell. He'll make it if you have all the needed things or tell you what you are missing and that sometimes helps much more!
