[IMG] I do not intend to ruin this thread, but I'd still like to tell you peops: It's exactly one year since my father died, the 20th of June.

For all you guys and gals who still got (one of) their parents: Show them your appreciation. Time runs fast and you never know what may happen. You have the possibility to show how much you love them. Use it before you loose it, please.

I don't think so :toofar: . It all depends on the parents you have.

    *ahem*
I don't want to dismiss the obvious pain expressed in the previous post (it might be better suited for a separate thread), but let's not bring the spirit of this thread down, shall we?

My father passed away a number of years ago, but I'm lucky enough to have a terrific father-in-law with whom we just spent the day.

    Happy Fathers Day!

[IMG] Yes, Happy Fathers Day! Yesterday I spent the day with my step-mothers brother here at our house with his kids and today we enjoyed with our dad at a special lunch then his brother and son came over and are spending the night, which equal two very good days.

(Even though this, and Mother's Day was created by Hallmark, corny card monopolizers...)

    Happy (belated!) Father's day!

Hehe...my gift to my dad was for me NOT to be home all day. I'm sure he appreciated it ;) .

:p My dad really doesn't like to make a big deal of days like these (Father's Day, his birthday, etc) so my family usually doesn't do anything special.
