Ok so i saw the film today, and i thought it was pretty good, the effects were decent and the storyline, as we all know was damn fine. But the Acting was APPALING! Harry himself was the worst expressing about as much emotion as the chair i was sat in! weesley was slightly more acceptable but still made you cringe whenever he tried to say something funny!
The standard of acting has definatley deteriorated lately and i am shocked that the directors did not pick up on the boys obvious complete lack of telent!

I think you are just being to critical on the actors. I know for a fact I would never be able to handle a role in a movie. So lets rather enjoy the good parts and forget the bad.

[IMG] Maybe we demand too much of child actors. We forget they are playing roles as children and not adults, something we see a whole lot more.

I read somewhere that all the actors are Britt. There was one keygrip who was born in Indiana, but had lived in Britian for the past 10 years or something, so they hired him.

The author commanded that they all be brits. as it should be. However it is obviously not treu that children should not be able to act. i was able to act better than that at 11 and i have seen many children in movies who are brilliant especially that american kid osmand or something

[IMG] Speaking of bad acting I thought the guy who played Frodo did a bad job he over exaterated everything he was lucky the movie was good else I would blame it all on him.

Most Child actor are actually migets. I'm talking about the ones that play 10 year olds and stuff. Kids that actual age couldn't handle the movies.
