    [​IMG] During the last of the tests in the assylum you fight three trolls. After you kill them one leaves his head behind.

    I figured out what to do with it.

    You put it on the altar and it becomes the "Bone Club +2, +3 vs. undead".

    I posted this because I remembered that somebody in an earlier string had asked what to do with it and nobody seemed to know (myself included at the time).
