Having trouble killing Shadow Reaver

    Hi. I'm having a heck of a hard time trying to kill the Shadow Reaver you meet in Act III after Nevalle tells you about trouble on the road and you are transported to the area. The Reaver has 4 Golems with him and Ammon Jerro must recite his True Name. Ammon never seems to complete the recitation and starts attacking no matter where I place him or what I do. Can anyone help and tell me what I need to do? Watching the cutscene over and over is really getting on my nerves!:o
