Help! Can't open door to temple in ice palace

    [​IMG] I need help.
    I'm in the ice palace, level 2, and I can't get into the final temple.

    I defeated Oria, turned the prism device north, turned the mirror to the left, shot the bolt of lightning, then went and talked to Nicodemus and he cast his spells on the party, but when I go to the door it isn't unlocked, it says, "embrace the shadow".

    I didn't see any shadow or the trap that was mentioned in the online solution. What else can I do?

    Exactly which door do you mean? The door between the room and the hall or the door between the room and the altar?

    To open the door to the hall you have to stand on the shadow. To open the door to the altar you have to fire the lightning bolt. To get into the room in the first place, you have to visit the painting at the top of the stairs to be transported.
