Help installing Cloe

    I just downloaded the Cloe Mod and I'm having trouble. In the readme section it says it installs like any other mod, but it doesn't appear to do so. It's a RAR file, and when I attempt to open it, it asks me what program I want to open it with, and I've no idea. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you have WinRAR installed, just right-click the RAR file, and select either Extract Here or Extract To. That should work fine, it did for me anyway.
