I don't think you need to go at night. They are in the top right hand corner of the bridge district map. They are a bit difficult to find as they are behind the buildings there, not on the main street.

    More specifically at:
    Mouse position 4789,712
    Tile 74,11

You can get this information (about where the cursor is on the screen) by pressing ctrl X

(Although I can't remember, you might need the cheat/debug mode enabled - see the BG2 section for details of activiating this if you need it)

It can be any time of day, and search the Bridge District its not that big. You're going to have to go behind houses and get of the main path, but they are outside.

    Well a simultaneous post!

    1) Get the quest from the 1st guy u see in the Order of the Radiant Heart (temple district)

    2) go to the Bridge district.. i think its the first left and go right into the alley.. there ull see the Fallen Paladins fight some thiefs.. u can help them

    3) their leader will talk to u after the fight and ask u to get a cup or something from the Order

    4) go back to the temple district and ask for the cup

    5) return to the temple district and give it to them.. then u will meet the head honcho and he'll tell u he knows of the plan to seek them out...

    6) u are forced to kill them and then.. make sure u bring the cup back and return to the Order of the Radiant heart in the temple distric to get ur exp points...

u know.. i dunno how this might turn out if ur a Fallen Paladin urself.. would be nice to know ya know
