Help on Amelissan

    I have a problem. I have managed to finish the game up to the fourth challenge, the ravager, and I reached the Throne of Bhaal. But now I'm having trouble. I used this(nothing seems to work) : Lower Restistance - Skull trap - Horrid witling - she jumps - kill gurdian - lower r. - skull trap - skull trap - she jumps - out of effective spells - sluaghtered by ice golem. HELP!

    Yea, I got this feeling too that practically no magic works on her unless you fire a flurry or spells that remove MR and protective spells... But by the time you manage to do that, it's too late. So the best thing to do is to concentrate as many melee attacks on her as possible. Magic brings her down too slowly. Just have the fighters pound on her (they must be well protected and have plenty of healing potions at hand), and it should work. Of course, save the game after each time she goes off to feed on the divine essence. During that time heal your party fully and cast some protective spells on them. I found that summoning anything in to help you is pretty futile, since she manages to turn even every bloody planetar or solar on me.
