[IMG] It's Hero, a 350 kb download from C-net that I found once and beat three times (it's dos-based and nearly as fun as BG - to me, at least). The game was beautifully simple, but rare, surprisingly complex and fun for its slight unpopularity. Download the game via (http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10035-100-1644942.html?tag=st.dl.10000-103-1.lst-7-6.1644942) and see what I mean. Boy I sure hope that's the right place.

This game is just excellent. It's so simple that it's perfect. It's turn-based, with tiny cell-like graphics that move around via the number keys and hundreds if not THOUSANDS of different equippable weapons in a neat inventory. It has endless gameplay and many different monsters, hardly any bugs, a devoted site, and a huge help file. It is slightly difficulty to manipulate, but, hey, it's dos-based. I think that this game could use a few followers, so join with me and PLEASE email me with what you think. We could throw a party for Brad Miller, who designed it. I fell in love with this game and a bus-driver from Poland.

    Anyway, here's that address again:

or, if that doesn't click, http://www.zdnetindia.com/downloads/games/info/1644942.html

PLEASE go and download this and tell me what you think. I'd really like to find anyone, especially a member of the Elite Foremen of S P Team (i.e., everyone who reads this) who has experienced the smallest game of the year, Hero 1.0.

[IMG] Hehe; cool little game. Takes me back to my wasted youth playing with the Amstrad...
