    Any special get togethers or invites for the Holidays?

    I figure many are doing something.

    I think I received the best invitation I've gotten all year (the invitation rather than the event gets my mention).:

    "Because I"m not sure how often you losers check your facebook: Come to our house on Monday, December 26th around 5:30-11ish? for a party of (non) epic proportions. To include, but not limited to: A M____ and his lady and their offspring, (very likely) A Waylon (who will be in town and will not have any excuse to not show up), A Vacca + lady + baby, and of course, Richie! Which is clearly the most important part of any holiday season!

    Bring food, if you want, not required, however. Booze and un-booze available. Also, I might raffle off my cat, who whines incessantly and needs to stop scooting her ass on the carpet.

    Let me know if you can make it."

    And just in case anyone didn't get it I enjoyed this invitation-I was laughing before I was even halfway through it. So I guess it depends on your sense of humor but I enjoyed this invite.

    [​IMG] Every year we convene around Grandmas' house on Boxing Day. My partner is always quite surprised by the inane crap we end up discussing as a family, I think he thought it was just an attribute that appeared in me spontaneously and not that it was a trait cultivated through generations.
