Hot or not?

    Spurred on by the Song Quote thread, I played the Youtube video for Blondie's Rapture, which got me to thinking (and, because my mind is usually in the gutter, it got me thinking about old fantasies of boinking Debbie Harry).

    Looking at Debbie, I remember thinking how hot she was when Blondie was at its peak (late '70's, early '80's). Now, looking at the video, I think "Meh, she's OK."

    So, I'm trying to figure out if I have changed, if my internal processor of "hotness" has changed or if the thought that she was hot was based on 75,000 times more hormones raging through my body as a teenager then as a 44 year old semi-over-the-hill old-fart.

    I'm putting this thread here, because I'm relating this to celebrities and people that have wide recognition, rather than the girl (or guy) you used to dream about in high school (and, yes, I know that's not that long ago for many board members).

    So, I guess the thread is a rambling list of people you thought were hot and whether you still think so (not how they presently look, but how they looked when you formed your opinion of hotness -- Angelina Jolie looks like a friggin' skeleton today, but she was still mighty hot in the Lara Croft movies, for example).

    Hot then, but just OK on video review - Debbie Harry, Bernadette Peters, Susan Sarandon, Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith, Rebecca Demorney


    Hot then and on video review - Joan Severance, Victoria Principal, Raquel Welch (she may be crazy, but she was seriously hot under any filter), Cheryl Ladd, Kelly LeBrock (not later when she was mixed up with Stevn Segal), Phoebe Cates


    I may update these as more '70's/'80's "stars" come to mind. Feel free to post your own.
