How can I make custom portraits from the originals in the game?

    I want to customize some portraits in the game, but Where are they? I just want to change color, so Photoshop is alright, but I can't find the portraits? help me please!

    You can download a portrait manager here. Don't know if it works the way you want though.

    The portaits used for NPCs in the game (for the 'original NPCs' anyway) can be found somewhere in datafiles that come with the game, which means you can't access them directly.

    You would either have to extract them from the datafiles using some tool (Perhaps WinBiff from TeamBG or NearInfinity?), or you could download the portraits from somewhere on the web. In either case, you edit them and put them in your override directory.
