    Bah... He's a quack if ya ask me... but If you go to the very north end of the sewers you'll find a party of really tough characters who blab something about the hidden... But After you finish them off go to the left and look for traps and such and there should be a secret door along the way... This is off the top of my head... But still pretty accurate... I think...

    Oh and you get to the sewers three places in the temple district... Just go there and look at the map...
