[IMG] I have killed the wizard of thay and now need to make the potion to poison the large sac (whatever it is called) - I picked up all the stuff in the lab, and click on the table, but I don't get an option for making the potion.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks

In order to make the potion you have to have all the ingredients and the character that makes it has to have a high enough alchemy skill. What I did was gathered up the ingredients from the surrounding area and then gave them to my wizard and had her click on the alchemy table. The option to enhance healing potions, create the potion to kill the drider maker, or create some other potion came up when I clicked on the bench.

Also, in order to kill the thing in the quickest and easiest manner. Use haste or improved haste on your fastest character (monk or Barb or Rogue with dash) and then cast improved invisiblity on them. Then you can waltz up to the thing and "talk" to it to get the option to use the potion which kills it instantly.

-> You have to have an Alchemy skill of 4 or greater to mix that potion.

It's in the "Skills and Feats" table (third from left button at the top of the Character Screen).

It is Trained Only, meaning that in order for you to have the skill, you have to put at least 1 point in it at level up. After you allocate at least 1 point, that skill is modified by your INT.
