Right now I am very healthy or I appear to be but I live a very unhealthy life I think :toofar: . I smoke about 35 rolled cigarettes a day. I breathe constant fumes of red hot steel all day long at work. I don't eat from waking up at 7am until I get back from work at 6pm :toofar: , then I eat like 10 bowls of cereal then get some cooked food and just eat continuously until I go to bed. I don't exercise or go to the gym at the moment because of work, but the work is very physically demanding so I get plenty of exercise there. I drink about 3 beers a day or less then much more at the weekend if I go out.

That is what my body has to take regularly, so am I very unhealthy or are you worse?

While I don't smoke, drink alcohol, exercise, or get the recommended amount of sleep, I still look very healthy too. I wake up, or get out bed to be more correct, about an hour before I have to be at work. I eat 1 or 2 bowls of Cap'n Crunch and a 12oz can of Mt. Dew on the way there. During my break, I drink between 32oz and 40oz of Mt. Dew. I usually eat a Classic Triple (3/4 of a pound of ultra-greasy Wendy's meat) 10 chicken nuggets, and a potato on occasion. Dinner is usually Arby's, Papa John's Pizza, or steak and ribs at Applebee’s.

I took a "healthy lifestyles" survey and several other test not too long ago. My doctor and my dad (who is a medical technician) were surprised to see that my blood pressure was "perfect" and my cholesterol level was/is below average. With the way I eat, my BP and LDL levels should be through the roof. :rolling:

Haven't posted here for a while, but my health is horrible and it shows. I gained 30 pounds in law school, now I'm studying for the bar and I've gained a few more. I drink too much, I'm bloated, stressed, and tired and look generally like crap and some people have even asked me what the hell happenned to you? I eat out every meal and don't pick the broiled fish with a side of steamed brocoli. In other words, I look and sometimes feel like hell.

I don't even really recognize myself sometimes, as I came to law school in good shape and continued to work out regularly until the second semester. I used to be super athletic. I can't wait until this madness is over and I can get back into some kind of regular exercise and a good diet. Right now I don't bother, too much going on.

Lately, I have slept less than 8 hours/day, mainly because I had a job that I had to wake up at 6 in the morning. Now I have quit it and will be able to sleep regularly again.

I concider myself a healthy person, I play basketball and work out, and today Im gonna go run the track in a nearby forest. I dont eat all the good things though, I eat cookies almost everyday, and I have a few sodas/week.
This must sound lame to you, but keep in mind that I am a very sporty person, I like my body strong and fit.

I dont like how fat people dont care about their bodys, and Im trying to keep my little brother away from being a fatso. He has not played outside for over 3 weeks, and he eats bad stuff every day, like ice cream.

I've gotten quite unhealthy the last few months. I wouldn't say I overeat, as I only eat probably 1 meal a day, but I'm overwait. As of right now my lifestyle is none too active, and I've quit working out. I used to be able to bench a big pile of metal, but now I feel so weak and pathetic :(

I am not very healthy at all :shake:

I don't eat much during the day and I don't get hungry so I just pick at little things but always eat a good dinner. I don't eat loads of junk food but compared to what I eat in a day I should probably not eat so much. Usually a chocolate bar every few days or crisps if I'm a bit hungry before dinner.

I don't get out or excersize much. There's nowhere I'm interested in going and I have problems with my joints so I find it hard to walk or do much.

I used to be hugely overweight a few years ago but somehow I've managed to lose all that, whee! But from losing weight I had stopped growing, now it's swapped over - growing but not losing weight, not gaining it either. So I'm happy atm

So I'm not very healthy and am beginning to look like a typical geeky girl - rather short, thin, mad hair and soon I'll get glasses

Either determination or luck with the genes, as long as you mean the figure, not the professional athlete.

Myself, i must admit i have more luck than determination. I cant get fat it seems, no matter what i do. Not that i did any really crazy stuff about it, i just didnt care enough.

What i can boast about is food i eat. No insta food of any kind, i eat cereals few times per week, no sandwiches, nothing of that type. In fact, while i have these two-month holidays from school, i keep as far away from civilisation as i can, so i dont get to eat any of it's food either. But there's plenty of fruit growing around all the time, so i'm not worried about getting hungry yet. My mom isnt cooking much either, for which i'm actualy glad since i feel much better after filling my stomach with fruit than cooked meat or something.
I did this diet for the hell of it, since it did make some sense to me. All fruit, with very little vegetable and various nuts. I feel the same way, but my stomach does feel better after eating fruit than the common cooked/boiled/roasted/stewed whatever. Havent tried raw meat, though i dont imagine it'll be any good :heh:
It doesnt change much during the school-year with the exception of sandwiches. Those i'll eat everyday again when i start school again.

What i do lack is excercise. This box i'm writing on right now takes way too much of my time, heh. *shrugs*

Don't drink. Don't smoke. Used to get sick every 3 years or so. Now it seems to be closer to once a year (damn flu). Never had a bone broken though I've done quite a bit of stuff.

On the offhand, my back gets a little ache every now and then, doing backmuscles takes the pain off. I've twisted my both ankles enough to give me sick leave once each. And my left one is currently recovering from it's second one. The joinbands (if that's the word) got damaged after jumping over a fence and hitting the edge of a hole in the asphalt (one I didn't notice before landing) with my ankle. Hoping to get it back to jogging condition soon enough. I don't watch what I eat. When I eat at the foodplace at work, I take the regular sallad etc. But back in home it's rather monotonus. Pasta, peasoup, french fries and sausages, makaroni and meatballs, etc. With a vitamin pill of course. I like candy pretty much too, gives me energy.

My heart / body has a special condition that was thought to be dangerous before I got it checked some 4 years back. My pulse rises to extreme heights quickly (200-220 per minute with a fairly short hard excercise, even though I'm 22). The offside is that it comes down quickly as well. This also makes another notable difference. Because my heart reacts to physical stress far faster than normally, I can actually push myself farther than I should in present condition. Also, I can walk with relatively few clothes on during winter (jogging pants on, and an open jacket with a t-shirt inside, for example) say -5 to -10 degrees celcius, because my faster bloodstream while moving keeps my body warm. Like I said, after the visiting the doctors to be examined, it was found my condition is special, but in no way dangerous. It also makes me sweat very, very easily.

Quite a story. Anyway, although I've gotten rather fat during the last winter and this excuse of a raining boring summer that I had nothing to do on, I'd say I'm healthy. Especially after the ankle gets better and I can get back to running.

Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol (very much), don't sin too much either (and that is not my fault :( ), I try to eat healthily (everything from the 'pyramid'), box when I can, and destroy at least one bag of sweets per day. :D Don't have any diseases either.

So yeah; I can hope to live at least a bit longer than you. :spin:

Sleep - hugely varied but usually in late & up late - and way too much in holidays, like 10+ hrs each day - but in schooltime weekdays 7-8 hrs.
    Smoke - usually 5/more filter !cigg's a day.
Don't drink much (a beer or 2 in the weekend)
Don't excersice at all on a normal day.
Eat 3 meals a day, although I skip breakfast when up after 11 AM or something - and snack a LOT - however I have a very fast metabolism and am hyperactive and overheated.
Will eat any and all sweets I can get my hands on, but my parents are fairly strict and I don't care enough to buy 'em myself.

I am a casual drinker, meaning I drink in social situation, anywheres from two to five times a month.

    I don't smoke (Cigarettes that is ;) ).

I have a gym membership, but since it is summer, I prefer to work out by swimming in the river.

I try to sleepeight hours a night, but sometimes I get less, and sometimes more. (My record is 23.6 hours of sleep, straight  )

I have been eating better lately, and have just dropped down one belt size (high fives, all around). Soon I will be able to show off the sixpack behind the keg.

    So, I'm doing ok.

I sleep about 6 hours in the week then get about 10/11 at weekends.
I eat bloody tons. When you've been a sporty type all your life you tend to :p . I get exercise regularly though.
My only vice is that I drink way too much. As in, every night, then get rat-arsed every weekend, either out or in the house.

Seriously I can eat whatever I want and don't gain weight, well yet. I excersize (tennis, soccer) frequently so I'm in shape but I have a constitution of a sickly 8 year old.

I sleep a lot. 9 hours on week days, and 11 at weekends. I usually have one meal a day, supplemented with fruit flapjacks at verious intervals. I usually only drink water, I don't smoke, and I play a sport regularly (even if it is only golf). I have a bit of a pot belly.

I'm not too healthy either; I sleep much less than 8 hrs a night (except on weekends, when I might get 7-9 hours) and I rarely eat more than one or 2 meals a day, and those tend to be quite small (a sandwich and a cookie, kinda thing). You couldn't tell though; since I still look (and am) overweight...and no matter how little sleep I get, you can never tell (ie I don't get bags under my eyes or anything like that...I always look ok).

Although I've been losing weight (noticeably) over the past several weeks...since I do work out regularly and bike a minimum of six km a day, (3km to work; 3km back).

People have been telling me lately that I've lost lotsa weight; which is pretty cool...I've still got lots more to go though.

I would say i was very healthy, i sleep 9 hours a day on weekdays and 11 hours at weekends, i play 4+ hours of football(soccer) 4-5 times a week, i jog 2 miles every 2-3 days, i eat 4 meals a day, breakfast, usually a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, lunch, usually scrambled eggs and cheese on weekends, or a bread roll with butter on weekdays at school, then i eat most of what my mum puts in front of me at dinner (which doesnt vary much, im a very picky eater), then ill snack alot after that on crisps, yoghurts and fruit, which doesnt put any weight on me as im blessed with a very active metabolism, im regarded as underweight for my age/height, but alas no six pack as of yet :p then my last meal is another bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios before i go to bed. I havnt been sick much in about 6-7 years, the worst being a sore throat.
I also Dring very very occasionally and i dont smoke, never have and never will, also ill never do drugs, most people claim that you cant say you never will do drugs, but i can, hate the things, and hate what they can do to your body. I wear glasses, but not very strong, just for watching TV and driving when i learn.

Real Age says my real age is 28.3, while I'm 21.2 years old.

I don't smoke. Don't drink all that much. In fact, sometimes I don't drink for a week, maybe even two. I drink only four or five coffees per day nowadays. I don't exercise except when it's fencing or dancing, or when I really feel like it.

I'm always online, or so I seem. Six hours of sleep is not what I normally get. In fact, it's more like 4 except holidays or some weekends in the rest of the year.

I don't eat all that much... though more than I used to. Coffee is enough of a breakfast, but I have two suppers sometimes or go to the fridge at hours such as 2 or 3 am.

My blood pressure is probably 140/100. For some reason, heartbeat rate seems 66 now. I used to have it well over 100. I have asthma, some allergies, some spine conditions... not like I care. Wear glasses and need them. Won't wear contacts, no way.

Mentally, I seem pretty sane, though I wouldn't bet any money on the healthiness of my charming personality.

Haven't been sick for something like three years, for some reason. Or maybe it's just I don't go to doctors? Like any other sick bastard, I have some insane pain resistance and don't mind seeing my blood flow (I've watched them removed my toenail once, or take some glass of blood). In fact, it's not like things like feeling blood in my throat after excessively doing things I shouldn't do (rallying with the bus to the second stop, for instance), or leaving some of my skin on the sword hilt (gloves hamper you) upsets me all that much. And I'm way stronger than I should be, given my musculature and the fact I never work out. You can't kill me

Not very healthy at all here I guess. I smoke anything from 6 to 18 rolled smokes per day, drink anywhere from 6 to 10 or 12 coffees per day, don't exercise much (but I probably make up for that a bit when I do my paper-run twice a week), though I don't drink alcohol very much at all.

Though a couple of weekends ago one of our local TV channels had a life-expectancy test broadcast and I found out that my life-expectancy is 72.3 years. So I guess, that's not too bad. Oh well, I'm here for a good time not a long time so I'm going to enjoy the ride while I'm on it.
