I forgot something about Imoen

    [​IMG] I know Imoen advances in her mage levels, but does she also advance in her thief skills?

    I haven't had her in my party since she was stolen from us, thus I can't directly check and see, so I just thought I would ask this question.

    Dual class characters can't advance in their first class so her thief skills are set in stone.

    The Baldurdash fixpack gives her an extra level worth of points, and there are numerous items around to boost her stats.

    The item upgrade mod by Weimer lets you combine some thief items - just perfect for thief/mages... (and all others, o' course) :D

    Precisely, when you go for Imoen and want to make her your thief, bring 2 rings.
    I never tried but suspect her abilities aren't enough in the subsequent dungeons.


    - one will help picklocking doors, you find it in the guild of thieves HQ
    - one will help detecting traps, you find it in the planar sphere (tough place)

    With Shadowkeeper to redistribute her skills and/or magic items she'll do the essential thieving just fine. I also believe she's missing a weapon profficiency, she's earned 5 but has only 4.

    [​IMG] Yeah I just finished the Planar Sphere quest yesterday! Truly is a tough quest! Toughest one I've had so far in the game! And I got the ring you (Will) were talking about.

    I actually found her thief skills more than adequate to handle anything in the game, without any items or cheats.
