I hate game glitches and I was just wondering...

    [​IMG] Hello. I seem to have a horrendously, blindingly, blazingly horrible problem with glitches. I never play through a glitch as I believe it is kind of cheap. I was wondering if anybody could tell whether my following two problems are glitches or simply intentional game programming.

    1. An important lost item stays in the divining pool even after I have recovered it.

    2. An animal that my ranger has empathicly charmed stays with me even after it has been hit and/or it's normal time limit of staying by my side is up.

    Are these glitches? Help!

    The first is likely just a problem with the way the divining pool was scripted. The second, well, I don't know. I've had problems with the charm animal thing as well. Sometimes it works just as it should, other times it has really strange results like the animal remaining in my party after it's already been undominated, or it staying dominated even after I release it. I'm not sure if this was just poor coding or there's some odd bug that pops up from time to time.
