My question is simple...How can I play this game with any of you on the network.Does the fact that I live in Romania and some of you on other continents than Europe has anything to do with it?(I don't know much about internet gaming)

The most simple method to find someone to play with is to get Gamespy Arcade. In there you can find active games to which you can join.
