Icewind Dale 2 Mac Save Game Files

    Hello all,

    I've played through mostly all of Icewind Dale on a pc but I got to a point and I lost my save. I'm looking for a mac save for Icewind Dale somewhere around the area of Field of Slaughters. I last left off at the beholder fight.

    I could always recreate characters and move stuff around so that is of no concern. I just want to continue from where I left off without having to start over. If I have to, I guess I will. I really don't mind. Anyway, if anyone can contribute a save, please let me know!

    yea it's for Icewind Dale 2. Sorry I got confused!

    It can be a pc save or a mac save, I think they're both inter-changeable. At least Baldur's Gate 2 files were.

    Just had a look through, I don't have the save I thought I did. Sorry mate.
    Good luck though! Do you not have an autosave near that point? Or you could export your party into a new game and then use the cheat codes to skip to that bit (I'm sure that's allowable and not classed as cheese in this case!).

    No unfortunately what happened was that at some point, like always, I had to wipe my machine and I forgot to save my game files. I've lost game saves for so many games it's not even funny.

    In any case, I'll pick it up and start fresh or try to troll the internet for a pc save near that point. I'll have to look carefully at my files, because I might have it, I just haven't taken the time to patrol my hard drives.
