    [​IMG] I told a few people that if I found a way around the situation I got stuck in, that I would let them know.

    Well, I didn't find a solution. I tried everything to turn the girl I was suppose to save in the Paladin Quest back into being friendly enough that I could get her to her contact, but nothing I did worked.

    After a few snifles, I decided to forget the Pladin Quest all togther and just go on in the game. Besides there is too much new stuff coming out to stay stuck in BG2 for too long.

    That quest must be messed up. I got the girl to the safehouse, killed the bad-guys, and then waited for the uncle or someone to show up (as the scripts directed me). It never happened.

    I restarted the scene to try again, but the same issue occurred.

    Has anyone been able to get through this quest successfully?

    If so, what did we miss out on my not completeing all the quests?

    From what I have heard, I don't think very many, if any people made it through the paladin Quest.

    Some people did it right and still got screwed.

    I wasnt "disgustingly" nice to her but harsh and just as a paladin should be, and i made it, the bad guys came, got their whuppin', the uncle came and took of with the girl, i returned to the order to get my XP and the next quest. And th-th-thats all, folks.

    you just need patience, it took some time when I did that quest for them to arrive.
    And then I never played as a :(paladin :( again.

    I would rather be a shadow knight, fits more for a Bhaalspawn :D

    Just like real life, all the girls go for guys who are bad news. It's the nice guys who finish last. Makes it tough to be a paladin!

    I did not have any problems with this quest. If I recall correctly I was rather harsh with her and then the people came to get her.
    I was really dissapointed with the whole stronghold thing. I mean the head guy offhandedly says you can stay in a room in the back of the keep somewhere. I wasn't even ever sure what room he was talking about.
