    Can't go wrong with 'Phat'.

    How'd you do it, Egg? I 'd like to shed about thirty pounds or so. I'll more than likely get a physically demanding job. I was just wondering if you had any tricks or advice you'd like to pass on.

    Good grief Kasio, you don't have a clue how tall 6'6" is do you? I'm 5'10" and I weigh 160, which is very average for that weight bracket. 200 pounds would be average for 6'1" or 6'2". I'd expect someone 6'6" to weigh 230-240 and look perfectly fit.

    I would say almost perfect. Wish you that it wont go up again.
    I made the sad experience that it's harder to hold than to loose weight.

    Hmm - height to weight ratio. The measure of a person's overall appearance. Mine is 2.53 in american units (lbs/in)
    or 0.45 in metric (kg/cm)
